In a world of digital tracers, his hand inking techniques have an organic quality that is nearly impossible to fake with a mouse or pen tablet. The influences of lowbrow artists like Dave Deal, George Trosley and Ed Roth are obvious, but not the only arrow in APOC's quiver of style. Skills also include comic illustration, character development, graphic identities and mixed media paintings.

The apex of these can be seen in the underground hit, "The Coolest Coloring Book Ever* (*as determined by the Northeast Chapter of the Midwest Coalition for Cool.)" A second volume is already rumored to be in the works.
